I am the founder of Grow Motions, a video editing agency that serves international clients. I am also a Top Rated Seller on Fiverr, which means I am in the top 3% of all freelancers on the platform.
I started from nothing. Just a passion for editing and a laptop. Two years later I run a team of 7 people, work with clients across the world, and still do what I love every single day.

VID I/O Summit 2026
In 2026 I had the opportunity to host and organize the VID I/O Summit, a live video creator event held at Six Seasons Hotel in Gulshan, Dhaka.
My job was not just to read from a script. It was to hold the room. To make the audience feel they were in a place worth being. To make things funny when needed, informative when it mattered, and to introduce each speaker in a way that felt warm and human, not stiff or corporate.
Standing on that stage, I realized something. The same skills that make a great video editor are the same ones that make a great host. Reading the room. Controlling energy. Knowing when to cut and when to hold.
Built a Team. From Scratch.
Two years ago Grow Motions was just an idea. Today it is a 7-person video editing agency serving clients across the world.
Building a team is different from being a freelancer. You stop being just the editor and start being the person everyone looks to. You learn to communicate, to delegate, to hold standards, and to keep people motivated when things get hard.

Before I was an editor or an agency founder, I was a student organizer doing politics in college.
Not the kind you see on the news. The kind where you learn how to talk to people. How to get a room of stubborn individuals to agree on something. How to stay calm when things fall apart. How to really listen before you speak.
Those years shaped how I run my team today. How I talk to clients. How I handle pressure. Editing taught me patience with the craft. Student life taught me patience with people.
